Possibly the easiest tastiest guilt-free snack at your fingertips.
What you’ll need for a bowl of sweet potato chips:
– 1 large, or 2 smaller, sweet potatoes
– a baking tray
– baking paper
– Badia Sazon Tropical
– Badia olive oil
Preheat your oven to 180C.
Peel and finely slice the sweet potato.
Coat the potatoes in a little olive oil and sprinkle some of the seasoning to coat.
Lay the potato slices on the, with baking paper lined, baking tray and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool to ensure a lovely crispiness. It’s THAT simple 🙂
